Yoga and meditation became a lifeline during work related burnout, menopause, and the journey toward an ADHD diagnosis. It helped me feel calmer, clearer, and more present — often within just a few minutes on the mat.

Yoga doesn’t demand perfection, flexibility, or endless energy. It simply asks you to show up as you are.

Whether you’re seeking stress relief, more focus, greater balance, or just a quiet moment in your day, yoga provides a space to nurture yourself and cultivate resilience from the inside out. At Divinity Yoga, my intention is to help you experience these same benefits in a supportive and accessible way.

Hello, I'm Clare

My approach to teaching yoga is simple: gentle, accessible, and grounded in real-life experience.

I create a calm, welcoming space where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with how your body feels. My classes are designed to support busy minds, tired bodies, and anyone navigating stress, burnout, menopause, ADHD, or the demands of everyday life.

You won’t find pressure, comparison, or intensity here. Instead, you’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace, listen to your body, and honour what you need in each moment. I blend mindful movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness to help you cultivate both strength and softness — physically and mentally.

Because of my own journey, I teach from a place of empathy, understanding, and authenticity. I meet you exactly where you are, offering options, adaptations, and reassurance every step of the way.

At Divinity Yoga, the practice is not about pushing harder — it’s about finding balance, clarity, and calm within yourself.
